File Submissions Guidelines

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR GREAT RESULTS.

FILE FORMAT:

Be sure to save and submit a .TIF, JPG and PDF file. We ONLY accept those files.

RESOLUTION:

All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. Please be aware that images designed for web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. The images designed for the web are done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality. Big files banners need to be at least 150 dpi.

COLOR MODE:

All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

BLEED:

Bleed is additional space for cutting. It ensures that all text and or pictures near the edges will not be cut.

Please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.25″ (1/4″) bleed to each side.
